The time has come again to join us as we celebrate the 2nd annual Tower Hamlets Together ‘Integrated Care’ Awards.
This virtual event aims to celebrate the fantastic work accomplished over the last year which has not gone unnoticed.
We encourage you to join this event virtually on Thursday 7th December 2023 1:30pm - 3pm.

- Please make sure that you register your place on Eventbrite here.
