The time has come again to join us as we celebrate the 2^nd annual Tower Hamlets Together ‘Integrated Care’ Awards. 

This virtual event aims to celebrate the fantastic work accomplished over the last year which has not gone unnoticed. 

We encourage you to join this event virtually on Thursday 7^th December 2023 1:30pm - 3pm.

• Please ensure that you submit nominations by 5pm Monday 6^th November 2023.
• Please make sure that you register your place on Eventbrite here.
